1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Reflina ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the Service.

2. Service Provider

3. Description of Service

Reflina is a personal health dashboard that allows you to track sleep, nutrition, and exercise data, and receive AI-powered insights based on your entries. The Service includes:

• Manual logging of sleep, nutrition, and exercise data
• Visualization and tracking of your health entries
• AI-powered chat assistant for personalized health insights
• AI-generated summaries and analysis of your health data

4. Account and Authentication

To use Reflina, you must sign in using Google OAuth. By signing in, you authorize us to access your basic profile information (name and email address) from Google. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account and for all activities that occur under your account.

5. User Responsibilities

When using the Service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information when logging health data
• Use the Service only for personal, non-commercial purposes
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Not use the Service to transmit harmful, unlawful, or objectionable content
• Not attempt to access other users' data or interfere with the Service's operation
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

6. Health Information Disclaimer

Reflina is a personal tracking tool and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. AI-generated insights are for informational purposes only and should not be considered a substitute for professional medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical decisions. We make no claims regarding the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated health insights.

7. AI-Powered Features

Reflina uses third-party AI services (via OpenRouter) to generate health insights and chat responses. By using these features, you acknowledge that:

• Your health data and chat messages are sent to third-party AI providers for processing
• AI-generated content may not always be accurate or complete
• AI responses do not constitute professional health or medical advice
• We do not guarantee the availability or quality of AI features

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is the property of Peter Iatsenia, Nicolas Lejeune, and Oscar Rode. You retain ownership of the health data you enter into the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain the availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without prior notice.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reflina and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. This includes, but is not limited to, damages resulting from:

• Reliance on AI-generated health insights
• Loss of data or unauthorized access to your data
• Service interruptions or unavailability
• Any actions taken based on information provided by the Service

11. Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or continuously available.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms of Service or engage in conduct that we determine to be harmful to the Service or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request deletion of your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

13. Data Protection

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy. We comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable data protection laws.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Reflina and its operator from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Any changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.

16. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark. Any disputes arising from these terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Danish courts.
